United StatesThis is the second one I bought, the first one wore out, after 2 years of very frequent use. My Grandson has a small, electric bicycle, that looks like a Yamaha Dirt Bike motorcycle and the Spokester really makes it sound like it has an Engine. It fools people, when he rides by, he loves it, so I had to replace it, when it wore out.

Very simple to use
Just makes noise. Like if you would tape a playing card to the wheel. But, my son likes the noise.
